Concordia University has joined the ranks of a handful of Minnesota colleges and universities offering collegiate license plates. The license plate program is open to all Concordia University, St. Paul employees, alumni, current students, parents and other friends of the University and available only for passenger class vehicles. You can apply for the collegiate plates in person at a Driver and Vehicle Services office or download, print, and mail the application and required fees.

In addition to the regular plate renewal fee, an additional $10 plate fee and $8.50 filing fee is applied. A minimum $25 contribution to the Minnesota Academic Excellence Scholarship program also is required. The scholarship contribution is collected at the time of initial application and at each renewal; funds are deposited to the University scholarship account.
